I've known Maggie for more than 35 years. Although she's been my Real Estate Agent for a few transactions in the past, I'm writing my first review of her. When I first met Maggie, we used to work together when she worked customer support for a software company. Back then, I knew that nobody dedicated themselves to a customer like she did. Her dedication was unprecedented then and it is still unprecedented today. Nothing has changed. It's just now with Real Estate. If you want somebody who is knowledgeable in the industry and puts you number one, then Maggie is the person who want in your corner. I guarantee you will not find anybody who is more genuinely interested in you succeeding than she is.

We are very grateful to have worked with Eddie Ureno and The Etheridge Team for our family’s first home purchase in Tustin, CA. A friend who had recently worked with them referred them to us and we are very glad they did.

Eddie was our main point of contact from start to finish. From our first conversation he took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. Also, as this was our first home-buying experience, he took the time to answer any and all questions we had. Working with the Etheridge team was great. Eddie went above and beyond what a lot of realtors do. He was very thorough with each step of the process, provided assistance with getting the house ready for sale, walked me through each offer, and was always reachable by phone. Eddie and Maggie from the Etheridge team in Huntington Beach are amazing. This is my second review of their service. They helped me purchase my first home in 2016 and now they helped me sell that property and get into a new one. Eddie and Maggie are very caring and dedicated to their clients, They did whatever they could to help me get the house I wanted. When it came to selling it was as smooth as I could hope. It sold after 3 days of being listed and for 5k above asking. This all took place in November as well. When it came to getting the loan for the new property Eddie and Maggie were there every step to answer questions or to be a middleman when needed. They have contigency plans for bumps in the buying process. I believe Eddie and Maggie and everyone at the Etheridge team really cares about their clients. They understand that buying a home is stressful. They know how to guide their clients through that process. I consider Eddie and Maggie friends and I will always go to them for my real estate needs because I know they have my best interests in mind. When my wife and I decided to start looking for a home, we had no idea what to expect. We were referred to the Etheridge Team by friends and colleagues and we couldn't be happier with that decision. Eddie and Maggie are fantastic and went above and beyond on numerous occasions before, during, and after our search for a home. We started our home search with little more than an approximate budget and a desire to own our own place. Over the course of several months, Eddie and Maggie patiently helped us narrow our criteria, understand our likes and dislikes, and zero in on the home that we ultimately ended up purchasing. From the very start, Eddie and Maggie demonstrated that they prioritized our interests over their own. Throughout the process, we discussed potentially moving out of state or delaying our purchase by a couple years, decisions that would most likely cut them out of the process. As an example, we discussed potentially moving to Austin, TX, at one point and they were quick to let us know that they were more than happy to help us find a knowledgeable and trustworthy local agent if that was something we decided to do. With their help, we compared the many pros and cons and decided that purchasing in Orange County was the best decision for us now. They are very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, which was especially important to us as first time buyers. We learned something every time Eddie walked us through a house and every time Maggie broke down the numbers for us. They were with us through the highs and the lows of the home buying process, and they were always available at a phone call's notice. I would highly recommend the Etheridge Team to anybody who is looking to buy or sell real estate. tl;dr Eddie and Maggie are good people and good real estate agents.
